Dr. Timothy Mak

Dr. Timothy Mak joined the Centre for Genomic Sciences in June 2014. He is currently working on risk prediction for complex diseases using genomic data under the supervision of Prof. Sham. Dr. Mak obtained his PhD in Biostatistics in Imperial College London, and before joining the Centre for Genomic Sciences have been working in public health research.

Dr. Timothy Mak is interested in the application of Bayesian methodology, especially subjective Bayesian methods, in health care research.
