The xCELLigence system is able to perform real-time monitoring of cellular processes based on label-free non-invasive detection of cell contact with microelectrode sensors. Automated real-time continuous monitoring of cellular events provides data capture for the entire duration of the experiment not possible with end-point assays. The system has broad applications including comprehensive characterization of cell growth curve, cell proliferation and cytotoxicity assays, changes in cell morphology/adhesion, cell migration/invasion assay, and detection of cellular signaling (e.g. GPCRs, RTKs).

Co-organized with Roche Diagnostics (HK) Ltd
