Abstract:

Real time binding data is essential to understand the dynamic interactions between proteins and other biomolecules that drive and regulate biological processes. Biacore systems provide high-quality information-rich data needed for comprehensive characterization of proteins and other molecules, including small molecule drug candidates. It allows to define potential drug targets and diagnostic markers, select and characterize biotherapeutic candidates and also select and optimize lead compounds during drug discovery.
