Abstract:

Over the years, SABiosciences has developed a unique portfolio of solutions which are widely utilized in biomedical research and in the development of future drugs and diagnostics. SABiosciences' portfolio includes more than 150 real-time PCR assay panels which are designed for high-performance analysis of DNA, RNA, epigenetic and microRNA targets in biological pathways associated both with specific diseases such as cancer and in other pathways such as apoptosis. It has always been QIAGEN’s mission to provide researchers with the best molecular sample and assay technologies. From sample preparation through data analysis, the PCR array systems offers scientist a complete experimental workflow for pathway-focused analysis. In this seminar, we will focus on the principles and application of this technology for analysis of gene and microRNA expression as well as DNA methylation through the RT2 Profiler, miScript miRNA and EpiTect Methylation PCR Arrays. Find out how these PCR assay panels can create significant benefits for researchers in terms of convenience, cost-efficiency, and quality of results.
