Abstract:

Detection of mutations in cell lines or research samples is critical for toxicological, drug development, and cancer studies. In this presentation, we will demonstrate the application of Pyrosequencing in the context for genotyping and epigenetic methylation analysis. We will also cover a real-time PCR based method for consistent and reliable mutation profiling within a pathway- and disease-focused set of genes.
